1999 Cabo Rico Northeast 400

Nuevo Nayarit, Mexico

$210,000

The Northeast 400 is a Mark Ellis design, built by Cabo Rico Yachts to a very high standard. This is a true motor sailor with good performance under sail & trawler like performance under power. She is fast, fun, easy to sail and and motors extremely well.

She has a large cockpit that can be easily entered from the dock or from the dingy via the swim platform through the transom door. The cockpit is on the same level as the main salon and is entered via sliding doors to make entertaining a delight.

“Aurora” has been constantly maintained and upgraded and will prove to be a good purchase as these vessels hold their value very well through the years.  The 400 NE is rarely found on the market. Included with this beautiful vessel are a pair of nice inflatable kayaks, Diving equipment, dishes, pots pans, Honda gen and numerous spares ready for cruising.

Accommodations

Forward of Aurora is an island double berth in the owners cabin, the top of which lifts with gas cylinders to provide enormous storage. A large hanging locker, a linen locker, open lockers, bookshelves and drawers provide exceptional storage in the forward cabin. The large head with shower and storage has a dual entrance to the owners stateroom as well as a separate entrance to the rest of the boat. The library/den features a love seat that can be used as a second stateroom. There is a writing desk, cabinets, a standing liquor locker and a large book storage above. The library/den is the signature of the Northeast 400 and is a very attractive and well thought out addition. In the main salon the dining table sits midship between the two large settees.  “Aurora’s” large main salon has 360-degree visibility. The inside helm can keep you out of inclement weather with a custom walnut dinette table for two. The galley features a deep double stainless steel sink, Corian countertops and ample storage.

Standard Equipment

Northeast 400 Standard Equipment

The standard equipment list is extensive and there ig a reason for this. We have anticipated an owner's desire to spend extensive time aboard. The occasional need to be totally independent of marinas, to plan trips requiring great range and do it quickly in comfort requires the highest quality equipment and the most professional installation, For this reason, the equipment should be incorporated into the initial building.
